C., El Excelentísimo Señor Obispo de Mexicali, Monseñor José Isidro Guerrero, el Excelentísimo Señor Obispo de Ensenada, Monseñor Sigifredo Noriega; El Excelentísimo Señor Obispo de La Paz, Monseñor Miguel Ángel Alba y el Excelentísimo Señor Arzobispo Metropolitano de la Arquidiócesis de Tijuana, Monseñor Rafael Romo Muñoz se reunieron en el Obispado de la Arquidiócesis de Tijuana para reflexionar sobre el V Congreso Eucarístico Nacional, la Misión Continental, la Universidad Pontifica de México y el Colegio Mexicano en Roma. <\/p>\n
