C.- El Presb&iacute;tero Arturo De la Torre Lupercio, Doctor en Teolog&iacute;a, ex rector del Seminario Diocesano de Tijuana, ex Vicario de Pastoral y ex p&aacute;rroco de la  Parroquia Santa Teresa, present&oacute; su libro &ldquo;Rosa del desierto.
